For the development and launch of the National Educational Digital Platform under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (E-platform MoES), Professionals for Reform Support Mechanism (PRSM) is currently seeking for candidates to fill the following expert positions:

• Technical Team Lead (part time);
• Software Architect (part time);
• Technical Writer;
• Business Analyst;
• Primary School Education Expert;
• Natural Sciences Education Expert;
• Humanitarian Studies Education Expert;
• Legal / Policy Expert.

Vacancy announcement:

Technical Team Lead will shape product vision, set development priorities and maintain development strategy based on stakeholder needs.

Software Architect will make core architecture decisions and divide the future platform modules into lots for the tenders, and describe the procurement specifications, controls the compliance of the developed product with the needs of the MoES.

Technical Writer will help to make core architecture decisions, oversee technical implementation of the project, train MoES technical staff in charge of the Platform maintenance.

Business Analyst will comprehend stakeholder requirements and translate them into IT deliverables.

Primary School Education Expert will develop criteria to the primary school content and procedure of its selection, development and integration to the Platform.

Natural Sciences Education Expert will develop criteria to the content (natural sciences) and procedure of its selection, development and integration to the Platform.

Humanitarian Studies Education Expert will develop criteria to the content on humanitarian studies (incl. foreign languages) and procedure of its selection, development and integration to the Platform.

Legal / Policy Expert will ensure compliance and provide legal advisory during the project, draft regulations and other sub-laws.
