Key accountabilities: 

Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Director in developing and implementing the plans and goals of charitable organisation Hope and Homes for Children (www.hopeandhomes.org.ua) which includes: 

• Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
• Monitor attainment of objectives
• Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations, create spreadsheets and charts, maintain databases, analyse and structure the information 
• Handle the correspondence with Head Office
• Maintain scheduling the events
• Coordinate various aspects of internal communication
• Provide oral and written translation
• Fulfil duties as assigned by the director

Position requirements: 

• Excellent organisational skills  with exceptional attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills 
• English proficiency in both speaking and writing
• Expected to act proactively and without much supervision
• Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position
• Experience in performance and operations management
• Proficient in MS Office, relational databases and software,  
• Aptitude in problem-solving
