Communications Division at Ecorys Polska is a group of experienced consultants who specialize in implementing communication campaigns worldwide. We provide a wide package of communications services – from comprehensive projects support to establishment of a stable relationship with the public that is aimed at building brand image and reputation. We prepare programmes of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and help in partnership building (networking).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic:

• Business acquisition and implementation of international projects for public institutions and the private sector in Poland and abroad in accordance with agreed annual goal
• Building a portfolio of clients and partners, foreign and domestic, building relationships to enable long-term cooperation and joint measures in consultation with the Manager of the team

 Other:

• Application for external funding (EU funds, public procurement), including preparation of tender offers and competition proposals for international organizations (EU, DGs, EuropeAid, World Bank, EBRD and other donors)
• Management of individual projects, including supervision, monitoring, and control activities, supervising the timing and correctness of the work carried out by experts / partners / contractors / subcontractors
• Liaising with experts and partners as the basis of competitive advantage in applying for external funding
• Promotion of international activities of the team
• Development of new products and services within Team’s competences
• Expert support for other Ecorys companies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master degree in communications / public relations / economics / international relations /or other relevant
• Fluency in English
• At least 5 years of proven experience in managing communications and/or promotional projects for international donors (elaboration of communications strategies/ media plans/ planning of promotional activities/running of communications campaigns)
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment under time pressure
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Previous experience with applying for international funds will be a significant advantage
