Stablization Support Services оголошують конкурс на посаду менеджера з моніторингу та оцінки в програмі «Радник» (далі - англ).

Location Kyiv
Restrictions 9 month contract with a possibility of renewal
Reports to SSS management
Will work with Program managers, Liaison Officers
National travel will be required. No international travel expected.

Main Responsibilities 

• Design and adjustment of the Program monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems, and tools
• Lead the planning and implementation of all program M&E activities
• Support evidence based decision making
Design Program monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems and tools 15%
• Working with the Program Manager
• Designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation system
• Designing data collection tools to verify indicators identified in the project plan
• Develop, adjust and implement a Performance Monitoring Plan
Planning and implementation of all program M&E activities 40%
• Working with the program team
• Plan and organize a baseline and end line studies program
• Design and lead training and other capacity building initiatives on monitoring and reporting systems for staff 
• Support the program team to record and analyze project data
• Coordinate the submission of data from the field on a monthly basis
• Verify the team reporting
• Work with the Program Manager to develop monthly progress reports
• Work with the program officers to collate case studies 
• Conduct M&E field visits if needed
• Coordinate the submission of data from the field to the donor on a quarterly, monthly, yearly basis.
Support evidence based decision making 20%
• Analyze monitoring and reporting data and communicate timely to staff so that results of analysis inform programmer decision making
• Conduct quarterly project performance reviews with project staff and other stakeholders and monitor implementation of actions
• Prepare periodic program and project reports, such as key performance indicator reports, donor quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
Other 5%
Other duties as required. Occasionally work on weekends and holidays for which time off in lieu can be taken.

Qualifications Experience & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
• At least two years’ experience in the development sector including specific monitoring and evaluation experience (M&E Systems and tools design and implementation, data collection, entry, cleaning, analysis, reporting)
• Experience in training others in monitoring and evaluation
• Excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Ukrainian with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A good understanding of contemporary development issues 
• Excellent organizational skills and understanding of monitoring and evaluation practices
