UNFPA is seeking suitable candidates for the position of National Programme Officer/Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS to be responsible for planning, overseeing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of UNFPA´s Reproductive Health- HIV/AIDS programme.

A suitable candidate is expected to have:

• postgraduate qualifications or equivalent in Public Health, Social Sciences or related.
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional work experience in Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS related areas in programme planning, management, monitoring and evaluation.
• Fluency in oral and written English, Ukrainian and Russian.
• The ability for advocacy and advancing a policy oriented agenda.
• Skills to manage relationships and to communicate.
