Requirements:

+ Extensive experience of working at a senior level in a PR, media or communications role;

+ Proven experience in successfully raising an organization’s public profile;

+ Experience in advocacy campaigns, lobbying, GR;

+ Excellent communication skills with experience in copywriting and delivering presentations;

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a brand ambassador;

+ Experience of building and maintaining strong links with the media;

+ Experience in project management, team management;

+ Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English;

+ Team player that respects diversity.

Responsibilities:

+ Driving our Public Relations activities to raise our profile with our key target audiences;

+ Developing, implementing and delivering communication strategies, managing budgets;

+ Increasing the reach and quality of our communications to create better awareness of our activities and performance;

+ Developing external relationships with NGOs in Ukraine and abroad, and government agencies to meet our strategic advocacy/policy influencing objectives in the field of primary health care;

+ Management of a team of 4 people (goal setting, performance evaluation, development, and support).
