Проект ЄС Association4U (більше інформації про нас) надає допомогу Уряду України в імплементації Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС, а саме в наближенні законодавства, моніторингу та розробці галузевих політик, підвищенні професійного рівня держслужбовців і комунікації євроінтеграційних реформ шляхом залучення українських фахівців (Fellowship Programme) та міжнародних експертів до роботи з міністерствами.

The position is especially suitable for (nearly) graduated students with a Bachelor Degree.

The junior fellows will be offered a ‘paid internship’ which means you do not need working experience.

Successful candidates will receive coaching and support from international experts and Associate Fellows, as well as an induction training on various aspects of the EU integration and AA/DCFTA.

The duration of internship for the successful candidates is expected until 31 October 2018 (with possible extension). 

Current Positions Available

Candidates with an interest in working with:

• Association4U Project 
• Ministry of Information Policy
• State Food Safety Service
• Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food
• Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry 

 The successful Junior Communication Fellow Candidate appointed to this role will be involved in the public communication of the Government Institutions and be ready for a number of tasks, like:

• drafting media invites & press releases
• assisting with the organization of public events
• maintaining social media accounts
• drafting content for web-resources
• contributing to the development and design of information products (media invites, press releases, op-eds, comments, blogs, presentations, booklets, newsletters, brochures, official monitoring reports promoting AA implementation etc.)

The following professional qualities are required:

• Bachelor Degree in public relations/media/communications or relevant for the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food
• Knowledge of English language (at least level B2 according to Common European Framework)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Would be an advantage:

• General knowledge of the EU – Ukraine cooperation & AA
• Some previous experience in public relations/media/communications would be an advantage
• Knowledge of information products design software (Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar) 
• Master’s Degree and/or postgraduate studies
