International Women's Club of Kyiv is a charitable organization founded in 1992 by a small group of expatriate women in the newly independent Ukraine. Its main goals are to support expatriate families living in Kyiv and to help those in need in the local community. Our main fundraising event is the annual Charity Bazaar which brings together embassies and many local volunteers to create an amazing spectacle on the first weekend of December and raise enough money to fund the IWCK Grant Competition.

IWCK Program Coordinator provides the professional assistance to IWCK Steering Committee, its members and maintains the office as the primary information center regarding IWCK activities and the main point of contact between IWCK and the larger community.

Responsibilities:

• Present professional, timely and courteous assistance to all IWCK members, partner organizations, media and visitors - whether by telephone, e-mail or in person;
• Compile and update information regarding IWCK services, activities, events, members;
• Provide essential administrative and office support services;
• Provide support to the Steering Committee members and Event Coordinators in the performance of their official functions and the conduct of IWCK activities;
• Provide Ukrainian and Russian language translation, both oral and written, as required;
• Produce the official IWCK correspondence such as cover letters, invitation letters, and thank you notes;
• Administer the IWCK website and Facebook pages.

 Requirements:

• Excellent Ukrainian, Russian and English (oral and written);
• Good communication, organisational and computer skills;
• High sense of responsibility, commitment.
