The EVS project “Grow Together” involves sending 2 short-term volunteers from Ukraine to Macedonia, result of cooperation between the NGOs SFERA Macedonia and Center for Euroinitiatives (Ukraine). The project activities will take place in the cities of Bitola over the period of 2 months (01/04/2018-30/05/2018). The EVS project will concentrate on the topics of active participation of youth, healthy lifestyle and well-being, environmental consciousness.

Both organizations - SFERA and CEI - already work on these topics, and involvement of international volunteers will reinforce the above mentioned activities of the organizations: first of all, being as a helping hand to the organizations; secondly, it will give additional attractiveness to the activities in the eyes of the target group and stakeholders; finally, the experience of the volunteers who come way to a larger, more encompassing European Union.
OUR OBJECTIVES
1. Provide Macedonian youth with opportunities to learn
new competences, increase mobility which will become a
benefit during following job search;
2. Develop inclination toward active citizenship; increase
youth participation in community and civic life;
3. Promote active participation and inclusion among young
people - both in Ukraine and Macedonia;
4. Promote healthy lifestyle, ecological responsibility;
5. Promote Erasmus Plus Programme as an opportunity
for integration of youth in the local community and in an
international context.
