Проект FORBIZ шукає аналітика підприємницької діяльності/менеджера зі зв'язків із громадськістю. Представництво Європейського Союзу в партнерстві з Міністерством економічного розвитку та торгівлі України розпочали проект FORBIZ в рамках ініціативи EU4Business. Дедлайн - 21 червня 2017 р. (далі - англ.).
FORBIZ – creating better business environment” is a TA project funded by the European Union within the EU4Business initiative. The project aims to further support Ukraine’s reform agenda and its economic recovery with the particular focus on better business environment. Project has been implemented in close collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Regulatory Service of Ukraine.
Project objectives:
Support the de-regulation policy and implementation actions of the Ukrainian authorities at all relevant levels with particular focus on SMEs in priority sectors;
Strengthen the capacity of Ukrainian national, regional and local authorities and other stakeholders to implement effective economic development policies with specific focus on SMEs;
Improve access to information for Ukrainian SMEs
2. THE POSITION
Under the guidance and supervision of the SME Component Manager and overall guidance of the Project Manager, the SME Researcher / Communications Officer provides support to research and office operations performing a variety of standard professional processes ensuring high quality and accuracy of work. The SME Researcher / Communications Officer promotes a client, quality, and results-oriented approach.
3. STARTING DATE FOR EMPLOYMENT
July 10, 2017.
4. PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT
Work will be performed at the project office in Kyiv, as contracted. It will be necessary to travel to the regions as part of the assignment.

6. PROFILE
Education: University Degree in Management, Business, Economic Sciences, Social Sciences or other relevant field.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Excellent command of English, Ukrainian, Russian;
Excellent PC user (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
Excellent knowledge of research methodologies and techniques;
Excellent knowledge of communication tools, especially websites and social media;
High level of communication skills;
Demonstrated decision-making skills and problem-solving skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of project tasks and objectives;
Ability to arrange appointments, meetings, conferences and undertake assignments with limited direction/supervision;
Ability to prepare project related budgets (e.g. for workshops);
Availability to travel occasionally and strong desire to learn and master own professional skills an asset.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in research and communications activities;
Previous experience in European Union funded Projects is desirable.
7. OTHER
Service Contract will be signed for the duration of the Project (until March 20, 2019) with the GFA Consulting Group GmbH as a Contracting Authority.
Working hours: full-time. Flexibility regarding working hours in the office is desirable.
