Відкрита вакансія Менеджера Проекту (короткострокове консультування) в Представництво НАТО в Україні. Дедлайн - 20 лютого 2017 р. (далі - англ.).

Main role: to prepare and oversee works on installing security system and appropriate equipment in close coordination with contractor performing construction works.

Contract duration: this short-term consultancy is expected to be limited to 4 months.

Main duties:

1. Provide consultative expert assistance in identifying suppliers of security products and equipment in accordance with security specification provided.
2. Organise works - installing and commissioning of protective security system and enhancements as directed, including but not limited to:

• Intrusion detection system.
• Fire detection system.
• Public address system.
• Access control system.
• CCTV system.
• Doors and windows, locks.
• Emergency lighting
• Metal detector and scanner

1. Liaise closely with the contractor and the building company on all construction-related issues.
2. Coordinate all works and installation in conjunction with local authorities and in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. Develop suitable security plans to dovetail with physical security elements, including but not limited to:

• Reaction to threats
• Building evacuation plan

1. To perform any other duties relating to the project as directed.

Candidate profile:

At least Bachelor’s degree in related subject (security, construction and civil engineering, technology of building constructions and products). Preferably Master’s degree or Diploma of a Specialist. 

• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Understanding of security systems installation.
• Local market knowledge of security and safety systems.
• Ability to work and understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of Ukraine building regulations and appropriate international standards.
• Ability to speak Ukrainian and English
