  EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

- Master’s degree or equivalent in communications, social sciences, international relations, political science or related field;

- Education with English being a primary language of instruction is considered a strong asset;

- No fewer than 3 years of progressively responsible communications experience that includes development of communications strategy and tools, formation of target audience expectations and production of flagship communications products, organizing communication/press events, etc.;

- Work as chief of communications division / team or responsibility over managing project or project component would be a strong asset;

- Demonstrated awareness of human rights/democratization issues as elicited from previous professional experience;

- Previous periodic reporting experience for international organizations / non-profit organizations in English for over one year;

- Near-native English; native-level Ukrainian required.
