IFES invites non-governmental, not-for-profit organizations meeting the relevant operational and performance requirements to submit grant applications. The purpose of this project will be promoting transparent political party finance in Ukraine through independent monitoring and outreach campaign.

IFES announces the clarifications to the Request of Application. Clarification to RFA-18-012 (Amendment 1) can be downloaded as the attachment to this announcement.

Please be reminded that, applications must be submitted via email before 6p.m. (Kyiv time) January 12, 2018. Late proposals will not be considered. IFES will only accept applications in English.
